Vehicles equipped with modern exhaust treatment systems (as for instance diesel particulate filter) require special engine oils displaying a low share of so-called ash-forming components (sulphated ash, sulphur, phosphorus). According to the association of European vehicle manufacturers these oils are subsumed in ACEA sequence C. Alongside a series of engine oils according to ACEA C3, C4 and C2 we have added a new engine oil of SAE grade 5W-30 to our product range meeting ACEA C1.

Tthe fully-synthetic, fuel-efficient high-performance engine oil ADDINOL Premium 0530 C1 with decreased HTHS-viscosity, low-SAPS additivation and longlife characteristics meets the requirements of the specification ACEA C1 and is highly fit for vehicles with latest exhaust treatment systems, among them Land Rover, Mazda, Mitsubishi and Jaguar. The product can also be used in all gasoline engines requiring ACEA A5/B5 specifications. Furthermore, it meets the specification JASO DL-1.

ADDINOL Premium 0530 C1 must only be applied if engine oils with decreased HTHS viscosity are allowed for the respective vehicle!
